After leaving the basin we heading further down the coast, went through Hossegor, well known surf spot. Most of the beach towns weren't all that interesting, pretty crowded and lacking the french culture that we had loved in the countryside. Some of them reminded us a bit of the Gold Coast.
Had another surf in ordinary conditions, but was still nice to have a paddle.
Here are some photos from Hossegor (mostly for Drops)
Amazingly crowded considering the waves!! Heaps of surfers all up and down the beach surfing any little available ripple.
After our beach experiences we thought we would skip out on going to Biarritz. The beaches werent as nice as home and the towns werent as 'french' as we were hoping for, so next stop: San Sebastian.
