Just made it as my flight out of London was delayed 3 hours, scraped in to catch the flight to Qualicum with about 15min to spare.
Saw this guy on the first arvo when we went for a walk.

Mum and I managed to steal a few hours one afternoon away from a busy schedule of visits and driving and stuff. We headed over to Qualicum falls, just near the Grand P's place. Amazing.

Huge tree in an old growth forest near by. It was the same size as the Leaning Tower of Pisa

Extended my stay a little, but was still too short and was soon en route back to London. This pic is in the little plane on the way back to Vancouver. So good to see you Mum!!!!!!
